LATE NITE ART™ is an international social enterprise, based in Oakland, California, that unleashes creativity and shifts the culture of communities, groups and teams. Their interactive workshops and trainings use collaborative art-making, cool beats, delicious local food and provocative conversations to ignite imaginations, enliven learning, and help organizations foster a creative culture. You don’t need to be able to color within the lines or draw portraits of fruit bowls – you just need eyes, ears and an open mind.

Creative Mornings Oakland is honored to have Adam Rosendahl, Co-founder and CEO of LATE NITE ART™ speak July 31 on the theme of COLLABORATE

Want a glimpse of the storytelling style of our speaker, Glynn Washington, set to go off this Friday? Prepare to be delighted…

This month we bring Glynn Washington, the electric host & executive producer of Snap Judgment to talk about CLIMATE.

Before creating the Snap Judgment radio show, Glynn worked as an educator, diplomat, community activist, actor, political strategist, fist-shaker, mountain-hollerer, and foot stomper.

Glynn composed music for the Kunst Stoff dance performances in San Francisco, rocked live spoken word poetry in Detroit, joined a band in Indonesia, wrote several screenplays, painted a daring series of self portraits, released a blues album, and thinks his stories are best served with cocktails.

We are artists that choose to side with artists for the responsibility of art, society and to restore balance between gallery and creative. We set our role to declare we stand guard on behalf of artists. We are thee whom live for art.”
