About the speaker

Rosanne Bump joined the Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation in January 2013 as their President and CEO. The SPFHF is the proud producer of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival, a 10-festival in January/early February and Cinco de Mayo West Side Saint Paul, a 1-day festival in May.

For the 9 years prior to that she was the President/CEO of the River Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau in River Falls Wisconsin. There she planned a four-day community festival, started a 4-day bluegrass festival and conducted as many as 10 one-day community events each summer including truck and tractor pulls and several car shows.

She lives in River Falls, WI, with her husband, and enjoys doing anything outdoors including rock climbing, white water rafting and hiking. She also enjoys reading and traveling. She has three daughters who are all currently in college.
