Rania Amer talks about how her organisation is changing the way business deals with life changing moments int he workplace and the fact that there is a long way to go.

About the speaker

Rania Amer was born in Alexanderia Egypt and immigrated to Canada with her
family. Rania graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and went on to work in media and is now in Dubai. Rania is the founder and a Board member of Pure Heart 4 Cancer a program which mobilizes the efforts of volunteers who pledged their time
to make a difference in the lives of cancer survivors seeking to lead an
independent life.
