About the speaker

I am a media artist, designer, interactive creator, and learning facilitator. My artistic work unfolds at the intersection of art, design, and technology. I’m part of VozTerra, an initiative that connects the sounds of natural ecosystems with artists to create musical pieces that raise awareness and generate resources for environmental conservation. This idea has grown into a global platform called Sounds Right, which shares the same mission alongside internationally renowned artists. I’m also a member of the TopLap Bogotá collective, where I promote and teach Live Coding—a form of audiovisual creation through live programming. I’ve led introductory workshops in Colombia and have presented my work at new media festivals across Latin America, Europe, and the metaverse. As a digital experience designer, I’ve worked with organizations and brands in Colombia, Mexico, the United States, Canada, Spain, and Japan. My projects include web platforms, virtual communities, mobile apps, transmedia components, animations, and interactive systems for films and visual shows. Some of the clients I’ve collaborated with include Mattel, The Coca-Cola Company, Kleenex, Dunkin Donuts, Activision (for Studiocom USA), Generate App (Canada), Pasajero Films (Mexico), the Colombian Ministry of Culture, Lucho Correa (Colombia), Universidad Carlos III (Spain), and the international network Nelis (Japan). In parallel, I’ve been a learning facilitator in design and media arts in universities and educational spaces for young people in Colombia and Canada, focusing on areas such as design, typography, media art, and creative programming.
