“The truth is, in order to feel acceptance, you have to be willing to face some uncomfortable feelings of not being accepted.”

According to Nina Cashman, acceptance is found in both belonging and inclusion. It’s the difference between “fitting in” and being welcomed for all that you are. In this engaging talk, Nina takes us through her journey of acceptance as she has negotiated life with two boys, her own business, and helping others achieve their best.

About the speaker

Above all else, Nina takes pride in being the mom of her #1 clients – her 9- and 10-year-old sons. Making space to be present for them was a major impetus for her leaving her longtime career in advertising and marketing to start her own thing (and pave her own way : )). In 2014, Nina founded Pave Your Way, a coaching practice that specializes in Executive and Career Transition Coaching, along with leadership and team development. She’s also a Lead Trainer for iPEC (the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and creator of the Pave Challenge, and online training program, designed for people who are navigating their own career and life transitions.
