To be resilient is to be adaptable. It’s a way of being that’s flexible and alive, bouncing with the stuff of survival: learning, evolving, and intertwining our roots to share resources and to create a strong anchor of collective care. Like trees in a storm, it means swaying instead of snapping.

"Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of human freedoms - to choose one's attitutde in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way." This powerful Quote by Psychiatrist and Holocaust Survivor Viktor Frankl is an optimistic approach to deal with hardship and heartbreak in our lives.
To heal, to grieve, to bend but not break? It requires time and dedication to build these muscles of resilience. But to be resilient means to have a skill set one can build and work thoroughtout our lives.

Whether for your own life, community, or planet, we'll learn how to train our Resilience muscle. Bring some headphones and meet us in the office but be prepared to go outside - we'll show how we can adapt to lifes challenges by learning from nature. Let's sway not snap together!
