English: Mark Lambertz is the author of a modern introduction into the Viable System Model “Freedom and Responsibility for Intelligent Organizations” (March 2016). In 1995 he co-founded one of the first digital agencies in Germany called anyMOTION. The company grew to 60 employees, but after 20 years he achieved everything er strived to achieve within this business field. Following his private studies related to Systems Sciences in general and specially to the Viable System Model, today he helps companies to discover and implement their potential as a Viable System in the digital age. He offers a unique mixture of profound digital expertise and systemic thinking. He is a regular member of the Bertalanffy Center for the Studies for Systems Science, the Metaphorum Group and furthermore teaches as a University Lecturer for Corporate Governance and Project Management at Mediadesign Hochschule für Design und Informatik (Düsseldorf).

Deutsch: Mark Lambertz wurde 1971 in Düsseldorf geboren und arbeitet als Berater und Coach für Unternehmen, welche in diesen komplexen Zeiten die Chancen der Digitalisierung für sich erschliessen möchten. Der Mensch mit seinen Bedürfnissen und Fähigkeiten steht hierbei stets im Mittelpunkt seiner Arbeit. Er co-gründete 1995 die 
Digitalagentur anyMOTION und leitete
 diese 20 Jahre lang. In dieser Zeit wuchs das Unternehmen auf 60 Mitarbeiter heran und ist seitdem im Digital Ranking in den Top70 vertreten.
