Marcie Cox & Eric Moorer on Wilderness

Hi-Lawn @ Union Market

part of a series on Wilderness

About the speaker

Marcie is the Wine and Service Director of Reverie— a Michelin-starred, seafood-focused tasting menu nestled in the heart of Georgetown, Washington, DC. She was previously the Bar Manager of Dio Wine Bar, DC’s first all-natural wine bar. Over her nearly decade-long career in the hospitality industry, Marcie has worked in almost every position on a restaurant floor, but always found herself drawn toward the mystical world of wine. Today, she specializes in creating wine lists and wine-pairing programs that highlight producers who use sustainable agricultural practices and ethical labor practices in the vineyard. Outside of the restaurant you can find Marcie hiking her pup Ziggy or enjoying a cold glass of cider on the back patio.

Eric Moorer, Washington D.C. Sales: Eric is a DC resident by way of Pittsburgh, who comes to us from the team at Domestique. He truly enjoys the relationships with both people and places that working in wine has offered and looks forward to sharing a bottle and a story with anyone interested. Find him tending to the houseplants or watching the Premier League
