About the speaker

Per-Anders (world-renowned food photographer) and Lotta Jörgensen (Creative Director), are the husband and wife team behind Fool magazine - a cutting edge magazine on modern gastronomy and food culture.

Collaborating with writers and photographers around the world, Fool was voted the best Food magazine in the world by Gourmand Cook Book awards in 2013 and recognised as one of the 10 best magazines in 2013 by US Library Journal’s.
