Michelle Guobadia asks the question: How can we tame the anxiety of our creative lives?

On Friday, January 5 at The Fillmore Charlotte, more than 400 of our fellow creative Charlotteans gathered to hear UNCC Associate Dean of Students and Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life, Michelle Guobadia, dive into our global theme of “Anxiety.” With a blend of transparency, humor and challenge, she shared both what makes her anxious and how she remains the boss of anxiety. At a time when our society is perhaps more anxious than ever, Michelle’s message was exactly what we needed to kick off our new year (and third season!). So worry not, folks…and enjoy!
