Jesse Hertzberg is an experienced entrepreneur and senior operating executive dedicated to scaling high-growth technology businesses and passionate about organizational development.

Jesse has a proven record of driving profitable growth at a variety of tech startups –including Squarespace and Etsy – by instilling an entrepreneurial culture, valuing measurable performance, building profitable marketing programs, and crafting strategic transactions. He has helped generate hundreds of millions of dollars of incremental SaaS, ecommerce, marketplace, and advertising revenue, and has completed nearly one billion dollars worth of partnerships and acquisitions in a variety of product, business development, and finance roles.

Jesse is an active startup investor and advisor, and serves as a mentor for both TechStars and First Growth Venture Network. He is a committed fundraiser for the Lymphoma Research Foundation and advises a charter school developer and culinary education program. He is a passionate traveller (and eater), ardent soccer fan (and founder of BigSoccer), and an enthusiastic reader of New York City history and maps. Jesse holds degrees from Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and three children.
