March 27, 7:30am - 9:00am GMT. Hosted at Royal Pump Rooms
part of a series on Identity
March’s theme is Identity and we’re very lucky to have Heather Golding, Co-Founder of Creative Production House, TonyG speaking to us in relation to the theme.
Heather co-founded design solutions company TonyG in 2003 and is now leader of a team of brilliant and tenacious craftspeople, graphics producers, supporting staff and project managers. As well as upskilling herself every day to deal with the challenges of small business, Heather consults personally for a small selection of clients on creative projects. Heather has two beautiful grown-up daughters, gets excited about all manner of different cultural pursuits and usually has an independent creative project up her sleeve.
It seems a lifelong trait of questioning rather than judging has brought me to the position I now find myself in: responsible for leadership, inspiring vision and great culture, in a company that turns creative ideas into physical things. I will talk about the journey of valuing that questioning style, and the importance of creating connections with the world, in the light of who I am, whilst showing some of the creative output of our company.
