Everything is adaptable. Everything is up to you.
I used the Ikigai model to ditch my secure employed job and embrace freelance lifestyle
I really like the idea of Ikigai because it confronts ideas to do with your professional and personal identity
Ikigai is the japanese recipe for true fulfillement in life
If you are very lucky, you can operate at the centre of passion, mission, profession and vocation and that is a state of Ikigai
If you want to stand for something one of the best ways of doing that is to stand for one thing
I do like a pie-chart and part of my identity is that I am sort of pie-curious
If you want to be associated with an idea using a powerful shorthand is a good way of doing that
We never ask questions that require candid or vulnerable answers that will reveal anything about ourselves
It's really odd how we always play it safe with the questions we ask when we first meet somebody
I believe that we can shift from just our personal point of view to something more informed by collective empathy, that we can move from a century focused on our self toward a vision for a shared future, and in doing so, I hope that we have an honest dialogue on where we go next and how we get there together.
I stand firm in my belief that if you want peace, work for justice, and that justice is what love looks like in public.
There is freedom in giving someone a framework to work within and not controlling the creative process.
Pensar en nuestra identidad es una tarea incómoda.
La identidad no responde a otra cosa que la necesidad de responder a la pregunta de ¿quién soy? ¿cuál es mi misión en la vida?
