20+ years working in international logistics. Made redundant in November 2009. Kick-started a career change by completing Art & Design Foundation Year at Coventry University ( 2010 - 2011. Passed with distinction ), and then graduating from Coventry University in 2014 ( Illustration & Animation. 1st Class ). Started PGCE at Birmingham City University in 2015, but had to withdraw at Christmas that year due to health reasons. Have been freelance since 2017. More recently I have been working with groups in Coventry - Grapevine, & Creative Kindness. I have hosted my own creative meet-up in Coventry, and have run workshops in schools in the area.
