Marcel Zwiers is co-founder of Service Design agency 31 Volts, which he runs together with Marc Fonteijn. Since 2007 they have been designing services that people love and organizations are proud of. In 2013 they made a documentary called “Making progress” about innovators, what drives them and why they are successful.
