As VP of Design for Card, Heather leads a team of strategists, researchers, designers, writers, and developers to envision the end-to-end experience and craft touch-points along the credit card journey. She also partners with senior leaders across the company to explore the opportunity space and create the future of banking.
Over two decades in Silicon Valley, Heather helped establish design strategy, user research, and experience design as critical roles in product innovation. She led Design for products at Apple, Adobe, eBay, Yahoo, Intuit, Netscape, and a handful of start-ups. She combined her background in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA to help organizations find the sweet spot between technology, business, and humanity.
In the analog world, Heather creates stained glass, plays Irish music, wrangles her Great Dane, and goes on adventures with her husband and daughter.
