About the speaker
Arash Milani calls himself Hacker & Happiness Ninja. He's the co-founder of Overding, a startup focused on self-learning of technical skills while working on real-life projects as this process is being facilitated with 1on1 mentorship. Currently focus of Overding is on web and mobile app development. Before Overding he had co-founded Narmand, a web app development studio in 2007. They had developed 3 major web apps being used in state universities to automate their research progress.
During his journey Arash has gained tremendous experience on software design and development, user experience design and building a happy company with happier customers.
آرش میلانی، از بنیانگذاران استارتاپ اوردینگ است. از شهریور سال ۹۳ آرش و همکارانش در این استارتاپ سعی میکنند این امکان را برای افراد فراهم کنند تا حین انجام پروژهای واقعی در کنار یک مربی، مهارتهای فنی خود را بالا ببرند. در حال حاضر تمرکز اوردینگ بر روی مهارت برنامهنویسی وب و موبایل است. قبل از اوردینگ آرش از سال ۸۶ تا سال ۹۳ با همکاران خود در استودیوی طراحی نارمند سه نرمافزار تحت وب دانشگاهی برای اتوماسیون روند پژوهشی، آموزش مداوم و همینطور کتابخانهی دیجیتال دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز طراحی کردند.
تمام این سالها باعث شده که آرش زمینهی طراحی و توسعه نرمافزار، کسبوکار، تجربهکاربری و همینطور آموزش و یادگیری مهارتها، تجربههای زیادی را به دست آورد که از هر فرصتی برای به اشتراکگذاری آنها استفاده میکند.
