Mindfulness meditation has grown in popularity and public awareness exponentially over the last decade. But what is Mindfulness all about? Smiling Mind takes the basic principles of Mindfulness meditation and offers a technology based approach to learning this practice. At the root of mindfulness practice lies acceptance and non-judgement. These foundations are intricately connected to empathy - empathy for others and empathy for ourselves.
