CANCELED

As many of you may have heard by now, our dear friend and co-creator Jimmy Breen has passed away. We are devastated by this news and struggling to process it. Please forgive us for not being able to deliver on this event.

//////////

Wake up and wander with us.

Join us for a slow nature walk that invites you to be present, observe, and allow nature to take the mic as this month’s speaker on the theme WILDERNESS.

Registration is free, but required. Kids are welcome but please leave your fur-babies at home for this outing.

Meet at Sawgrass Lake Park, just past the parking lot, at the main entrance to the boardwalk / nature trail. We’ll circle up at 8:00 and begin our walk shortly thereafter. We’ll have a cooler of Made Coffee and Agua Bucha for the early birds.

Located on the ancestral land of the Mascogo, Tocobaga, and Miccosukee peoples, the 400 acre Sawgrass Lake Park is one of the largest maple swamps on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Birds, butterflies, plants, and animals can be observed in their natural setting along the park’s mile-long boardwalk and half-mile dirt trails.
