Vishala is a social entrepreneur and consultant for organic food systems and cotton value chain.
She is a professionally qualified, early adopter of social entrepreneurship with an intent to apply the acquired knowledge and skills to enable social, economic and environmental justice in food and agriculture systems. She has more than a decade of experience in the wide spectrum of the Organic food landscape starting from Agriculture, development organisations to food enterprises.
As founder of Buffalo Back collective, Vishala works with marginal farmers and self help groups towards sustainable practices.
