Tyquan Morton leads us through a morning of questions, activities, and contemplations as we consider the meaning of vibrancy for ourselves as well as our environment, and how to preserve it in both places.

Opening the morning with a poem from Wisdom Way, the stage is set for a morning of deep questions and considerations. Writer, filmmaker, and facilitator Tyquan Morton leads us through an interactive talk as we think about vibrancy and how to preserve it in ourselves and our environment. With a background in education and a current project in film, Tyquan uses a variety of inspirational sources and media to ground himself in moments when life is making you dull. While our environments are not always conducive to our missions, we must remember that the more we can speak up and express ourselves and our experiences, the better we will be. We can always ask questions or ground ourselves in creativity to be present again when we feel the dullness coming in. Haikus are a favorite tool for this grounding, with their inherent rhythm and link to breathwork, and we close the morning with a simple writing exercise you can always access to keep yourself playing, centered, and at your most vibrant.
