Getting feedback helps you improve the product but we believe that this principle is not just true for products but also for people. Opening up to each other is releasing pressure and improves collaboration with the team. We all agree that feedback is a good thing. We all know that we and our work relations can benefit from it. But the truth is, there is a vast gap between knowing feedback is good, and giving good feedback. And similarly, there is a vast difference between thinking you want to receive feedback, and knowing how to receive it well.
