As creative types, we are some of the luckiest people in the world. We don’t have to wonder why we are here because we already know. Be we actors, dancers, designers, directors, painters, potters, puppeteers, photographers, singers, sculptors, or writers, we make the world more colorful, more entertaining, and more interesting. However, we long for others to validate our purpose, yet we also tend to have a lot of anxiety around displaying our work to other people. Often, loving what we do carries with it some trepidation around presenting our heart’s creations to other people - even when our livelihood depends on it.
