For this month’s theme ‘Soft’, we wanted to explore something dear to our creative hearts… softer organisational boundaries allowing for more flexibility, equitable financial exchange and freedom.
We’re bringing you Alex Eley who happens to have completed his Masters with a focus on new organizational models in the creative industries. We’re so excited to dive deeper.
In this session, we’ll explore how creative ecosystems thrive when boundaries stay flexible rather than fixed. Unlike rigid organisational walls that box people in, ecosystem boundaries can shift and evolve under gentle guidance. They act more like filters than barriers — keeping the work coherent and high-quality while still leaving space for surprise collaborations and new ideas to emerge.
Through a combination of academic theory and real world experience, we’ll look at how this fluid way of working helps creative communities stay adaptable as things change, without losing what makes them unique. See you bright and early!
