Sandrine Pilloud

April 20, 8:30am - 10:00am CEST. Hosted at ImpactHub Lausanne

part of a series on Game

About the speaker

Sandrine is a visual artist for games, a graphic designer and a teacher. She sets the tone and identity of games through images by creating mood pieces, 2D assets (environments, characters, etc), textures for 3D games, background illustrations and user interfaces.

Aside from telling visual stories for games, she works at Hybride Design in Lausanne as a graphic design and illustrator. She also teaches 3 classes at Ceruleum in Lausanne for the Illustration track, focusing on the digital approach of drawing. Sandrine first started to draw and paint traditionally in Switzerland and then flew to Los Angeles to specialize in game Art (she attended schools such as Gnomon or Concept Design Academy, to name a few).

Additional details

At CreativeMornings Lausanne, Sandrine will share her work, her background and some of her process as a “behind the scenes” to show what it actually means to create visuals for games.
