Ask yourself, ‘Does this need to be said?’ Is what I'm thinking about saying really need to be said. Then ask yourself, ‘Does this really need to be said right now?’ And then, ‘Does this really need to be said right now by me?’

This is important. Always remember, everyone of us—each of us is unique. We have something to give. We may not know what it is right now, but we have something to bring to the table.
