Julia Kiessig

Julia is a transformation expert with a background in theater education and currently works in public sector transformation. She is heartfully curious and notoriously user-centered. The constant in her work is the HOW: as Agile Coach, New Work Expert and social innovation manager she worked for NGOs like Red Cross and German government institutions.

For 14 years Julia has been playing balinese gamelan. While studying at Uni Leipzig she became part of one of the few groups in Germany. Up until today she plays with them occasionally. She is part of the board of the Cara Bali Association for balinese culture in Munich. Julia describes Gamelan as “the music of her soul”. Whenever she can, she shares her experiences with those interested.
