Mallow Sustainability is a Brisbane based company collecting organic waste from Cafes and other businesses to help them reduce their waste to landfill. Organic material is a valuable resource which is composted at the Mallow farm and used to regenerate the soil and grow food sustainably. This local produce is then sold back to the community creating a closed loop process.
