Andrea and Janelle talk on the theme of #CMSoft
About the speaker
Permission to Be Human podcast co-hosts Janelle Orion and Andrea Enright will interview each other about the creativity hacks they’ve discovered while being brave in relationship with partners, themselves and the world. They’ll cover letting go of form, releasing what no longer serves us, clearing our creative channels, and trying softer instead of harder.
Andrea Enright is a small town girl, living in a Colorado world, listening to way too much 80s music. Giving herself permission to go off script in life--Peace Corps at 30, home birth at 35, polyamory at 40, moving to Costa Rica at 46, getting divorced in love at 50, while sometimes a total pain-in-the-ass, have led to her feeling more alive and free. She published her first book, 100 Days of Haiku in 2023 and is co-host of the podcast, Permission to be Human: Learning to Be Brave in Relationships. An entrepreneur since 2001, she now helps people with mid-life meh to drop the mask, reawaken to themselves and change their life. Andrea’s a dedicated mama, a mediocre trail-runner, and a serious garage sale addict. She will dance anywhere, anytime.
Janelle Orion is an Erotic Wellness Practitioner and Advocate, and a stand for normalizing education and skill-building around pleasure and intimacy, so people can have more fulfilling relationships. Catalysts for her becoming include plant medicines, polyamory and getting married and divorced “in love.” She's been to Burning Man nine times, all seven continents and now lives in the Goddess Temple, a community gathering place for people to feel connected and less alone. She is co-host of the podcast, Permission to be Human: Learning to be Brave in Relationships. With her open heart and radical acceptance, Janelle guides couples and individuals through transformative, embodied pleasure and intimacy experiences that help them Feel Wildly Alive.
