Failure is something that we should try to embrace. If you're not making enough mistakes you're not taking enough risks.
Anything you do that is worthwhile takes time. We're living in a 140 character culture. Things take a much longer time than that, anything meaningful. Try to consider the long term possibilities to the short term fix.
Avoid compulsively making things worse.
