About the speaker
Anne-Laure Le Cunff is an award-winning neuroscientist, writer, and entrepreneur exploring how we learn, think, and grow. She is the founder of Ness Labs, a platform dedicated to mindful productivity and curiosity, where her weekly newsletter is read by more than 100,000 curious minds. Her research at King’s College London focuses on the neuroscience and psychology of lifelong learning, creativity, and adaptability.
Her book, Tiny Experiments, is a transformative guide to embracing uncertainty, turning curiosity into action, and designing a life driven by exploration rather than fear. She previously worked at Google, leading digital health projects at the intersection of technology and well-being. Her work has been featured in Rolling Stone, Forbes, Financial Times, WIRED, and more.
When she’s not studying or writing about the mind, she enjoys ecstatic dance, exploring plant medicine, journaling, and wandering through East London with friends in search of good coffee and deep conversation.
