Matei Curtașu

Matei Curtașu is a Freelance Creative Director and founder of Serenade Studios, a multidisciplinary venture focused on branded entertainment.

His creative journey has guided him to great people, places, and ideas, working across New York, Berlin, Moscow, Copenhagen, Hamburg and Bucharest.

In his roles from Copywriter to Executive Creative Director, he was involved in award-winning campaigns for Google, adidas, Nike, Mercedes-Benz, CNN and many more, projects which have received numerous accolades from the likes of Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD, One Show, Art Director’s Club, etc.

Matei serves on the Advisory Board of SXSW, and participates on international award juries, as well as being a lecturer and speaker. He graduated from the Copenhagen Business School with a degree in Marketing Management and a Copywriter degree from Miami Ad School. He is currently enrolled for private pilot license training.
