Lindsey Ducroz

Hailing from Austin, Lindsey Ducroz is a 20-year People and HR Leader. Her roots in communication, design, and full-service HR have born the branches of a creative, human-centered People leader. Lindsey has equipped and enabled companies of all sizes and ownership models to build environments where people want to work.

As a self-titled HR product and service designer, Lindsey approaches every facet of HR as an experience—a touchpoint—with future, current and past employees. At PocketHR, Lindsey partners with a talented network of thought-leaders and doers in the HR and Talent spaces who, when combined with her expertise, can drive positive change within your organization.

Lindsey lives in Wimberley, TX with her husband, daughter, and pup. She enjoys taking full advantage of all the rivers, trails, and trees Central Texas has to offer, and is always in search of the perfect enchilada, an open road with a John Prine playlist, and a good belly laugh.
