Lee Marples

Lee is one of the founders of the award-winning Derby based Creative Agency think3, a newcomer to the sector that has seen significant growth and not yet 2 years old.

An entrepreneur through and though and a creative at heart you may be surprised to find out that Lee is actually a qualified Chartered Accountant. Lee says that this background and experience is where his passion for supporting businesses through transformation and growth comes from which is what makes think3 the commercially creative business that it has become.

With previous roles as a Finance Director and Commercial Director at a large national organisation Lee now specialises in ensuring that all clients of think3, along with fellow founders, Gaz Jones and Grant Thompson, experience not just the design and technical capabilities of the team but also working alongside them in a range of aspects to bring true Creative solutions to the front of business development
