Laura Winterling

How surreal is it to travel as a tourist into space? Are we all astronauts?

Laura Winterling is a physicist and former astronaut instructor for the European Space Agency (ESA). She trained many astronauts, such as Alexander Gerst and was involved in several parabolic flights, two soyuz launches, development and implementation of astronaut trainings and survival training units. In her talk Laura will give insights to space missions, living on board a space station and the day to day life of an astronaut.
