When we think of grief, we tend to think of difficult emotions and something we want to avoid. The reality is, though, when we look at grief as the tool that it is for growth, we see that on the other side of grief work is the experience of being free. Grief that is held on to creates emotional, mental, and physical blocks and baggage in our lives. Releasing it and allowing ourselves to heal allows us to experience clarity, space, and what it means to truly be free.
