About the speaker

Jody Orsborn is co-founder of The Backscratchers, the website that connects brands and companies with the best industry-approved freelance or agency talent for projects. From building DJ decks with built in fridges to making human-shaped drones fly, they work with clients like Red Bull, Twitter, Spotify, Unilever, BBH and more to make sure they have the resources they need to get their projects done.

She was previously Head of Marketing and Promotions for Squeak E. Clean Productions, the music production company owned by Anti- Records artist Sam Spiegel (of DJ duo NASA), has organized events for brands like Microsoft and Toyota, worked with artists like Tom Waits and Mumford and Sons and is currently a judge for Glastonbury’s Emerging Talent Competition.

Jody was recently chosen as one of the UK’s Top Women Entrepreneurs by CNBC and a ‘One To Watch’ for Tech City News’ International Hall of Fame.
