Michelle Mercurio is a catalyst for surfacing what matters most. Living the beliefs that drive her work, Michelle launched a business eight years ago to support individuals and companies as they evolve their identities. Through coaching and strategy, personal branding, organizational storytelling, retreats, workshops, and facilitated experiences, Michelle helps clients return to purpose, gain clarity on vision, access and voice values, and cultivate the courage, confidence, and messaging to show up meaningfully.

With master's degrees in Education and Human Resources Management, and drawing on Fortune 500 leadership and classroom teaching experience, she brings educational expertise and a practical understanding of human development to help people show up and be more of who they are – for themselves and to empower the impact they want to make.

Michelle lives and works in Richmond, Virginia, where she can be found locally, nationally, and sometimes internationally delivering seminars, telling stories, and keeping it creative. She also creates mindful experiences for evolving souls through tarot readings and "witchy" practices—extensions of her identity work that honor the spiritual alongside the strategic.
