Gav Gordon Rogers & Gemma Butler

Creative Director team, Gav and Gem have worked in advertising for the past 18 years and have helped or directly led three different agencies to be named the UK's Digital Agency of the Year on eight separate occasions. They also created two of Campaign Magazine’s Top Ten Digital Ads of the Decade (2000-2010). Prior to DigitasLBi & Lost Boys, Gav was an Interactive Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy London, Executive Creative Director of Agency Republic and Gemma was Creative Director. They now look after creative teams in Edinburgh and London, working on clients such as Honda, French Connection, The Glenlivet and Standard Life.

Gav studied at film school and earned a BAFTA nomination for his graduation film, Gemma studied Fine Art. They went on to direct promos for acts such as Snow Patrol, Belle & Sebastian and Paul McCartney. None of these artists were as difficult to control as their two young daughters.
