Claire Winfield

Claire is the Associate Painting Conservator at the Saint Louis Art Museum. Prior to joining SLAM in 2012, she held fellowships and internships at the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Art Institute of Chicago, the Atlanta Art Conservation Center, and several private conservation practices. Claire earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting with a minor in Art History from the Sam Fox School of Design and Visual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis and her Masters of Arts in Art Conservation from Buffalo State College.
