Melody Gross turned the traumatic experience of domestic abuse into a purpose-driven life. As an emotional wellness and mindset coach she supports women in reflecting and redefining their past to create the life they desire and deserve. She is the owner of Courageous SHIFT, where she advocates for victims of domestic violence in the workplace through speaking engagements, workshops, and trainings. Melody is also the founder of the Eva Lee Parker Fund which provides financial support to Black women experiencing domestic violence. She’s the mom to a pre-teen son affectionately known as KGB who, through sarcasm and shade, reminds her that she in fact does not have this mother thing down and had no idea what she signed up for. Follow her on social media at @iammelodyco.

Anna Conathan is Chief Creative Officer and the voice of Luscious Mother. Before she was Luscious, Anna was an actress, comedian, and screenwriter in L.A., where she honed her abilities to create, connect, and spot bullshit. While she doesn’t necessarily see herself as a matriarch, becoming a mother has given Anna the opportunity to embrace change, get uncomfortable, dig into her imagination, and sharpen her improv skills. Parenting, as she likes to say, is the longest game of improv ever played. When she creating isn’t “Lusciousness,” she can be found hauling lobster traps as a sternman on the f/v Tiffany T in Casco Bay, or walking the beach with her ocean activist husband, hilarious thirteen year-old son, and dingbat chocolate lab.
