We’re in for a treat with this month’s breakfast from Hearth, an award-winning sourdough bakery and social enterprise championing regenerative practices. Hearth’s kitchen has been built to be a working model of a localised food system within a circular economy. In short, they source from small-scale farmers and producers, and they don’t waste any of it. Our breakfast spread will feature caramelised onion + turmeric potato flatbread, seasonal veggie quiche, and freshly-baked loaves with homemade jam!
