Cuando viajamos a hacer una ponencia, lo que hacemos es llevar tres maletas cargadas de productos de contrabando, pasamos aduanas, nos persinamos, pasamos … y al día siguiente tenemos una gran ponencia con cocina donde el publico espera ver creatividad, innovacion, productos desconocidos y llevar el concepto y experiencia del ecosistema de Perú a otros países

La palabra “Creatividad” tiene varios factores

I've learned the value of collaboration and being less controlling, and allowing the space to just be whatever that space is gonna be.

Nia is always saying, 'It's okay, we're learning. It's fine.' So, I'm learning to adapt that mentality...just let go. And release myself from the bondage of worry and perfection, and always ask for help when I need it.

Things just happen. You have to learn to roll with the punches and just relax.

We also learned a ton, this past year. I know I have learned the virtue of just calming the fuck down. It's important.

It's very much a testament to how far you can go with just a dollar and a dream.

Just because it is magical or seems magical, it doesn't necessarily mean it is perfect.

Science is humans embracing mystery.

Science does not produce viewpoints on the world that can be countered with alternative facts taken to be equally true.

Mysteries are meaningful questions yet unanswered.

Enjoy failure! This is fundamental because, as a creative, if you don't enjoy those trashy moments when things just don't work... it's better to change profession. Become a lawyer.

And speaking of cheesecakes. I like them when they are not sweet. Some people would actually think of them as dinner. It's good if, for contrast, they are dipped in caramel topping. And caramel tastes its fullest with a pinch of salt.

It usually takes time before we begin to appreciate the real meaning of these defining moments.

Moments brought me to these people who made me unashamed to talk about dreams.

For me, transparency is really about the fact that you cannot hide from reality.

In my world people don't fall over on the final stretch. You know, usually it's enough to give them a shoulder to slightly lean on.

That's just what life is, you won't always get the appreciation you deserve. What is more important is to be appreciated by the right people.

I learnt that to be human is to be mortal and that life must be lived today.

When you put down words to a page, sometimes you get in the way of the way that you talk.

We all have to have dreams that people laugh at and if we don't, we're wasting our time.

Being curious in every moment, in every person and in every circumstance, even a stranger, could be a great insight for you.

The clearer and the more distilled you can be in your messaging, the more the consumer is going to engage.

Approach creativity and your process more like controlled chaos, in the sense that you embrace the fact that creativity is a mystery.
