Making monthly CreativeMornings Everett events takes a full team of wonderful volunteers. As we grow as a chapter, we are also hoping to grow our core volunteer team!

Here are a few roles we are hoping to fill for 2021:

Event moderators are the secret heroes during virtual events. Knowledge of the Zoom platform is a plus! Virtual event responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring the chat for questions from attendees, and answering them accordingly.
• Helping attendees with Zoom technical issues, such as being sorted into an empty breakout room.
• Resolving emergency conflicts (something we have yet to experience thankfully!)

We need help ensuring our social channels are fun, engaging, and up-to-date. Some responsibilities would include:

• Posting updates from the official CreativeMornings Everett Instagram and Twitter accounts during live events.
• Posting pre-event posts to encourage event engagement.
• Posting post-event posts with follow-up information.
• Optional but fun: posting periodic highlights from our creative community.

This role is more abstract, but our ideal team members are those who:

• Have fun ideas to share about speakers, musical guests, virtual interactive experiences, and any other crazy schemes.
• Want to facilitate connections between CreativeMornings and local creatives and businesses.
• Want to help plan gatherings, both virtual and in-person.
