Featured Talk – “Creative by Nature: A Revival of Curiosity, Connection & Play” by Donavan Robinson
Pop CoLab is all about reviving curiosity, creativity, and connection — especially in the workplace.
In this talk, I’ll take you on a personal journey of rediscovering the power of play and why I believe the world is overdue for a play revival. From burned-out teams to overly serious adults (yes, even the creative ones), we’ve lost touch with the simple joy of making, laughing, experimenting, and connecting without pressure.
But here’s the truth: we’re all creative — we’ve just forgotten how to access it. Play isn’t just fun, it’s how we learn, connect, heal, and create.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to play your way, how to find your play profile, and how reviving play can unlock creativity, purpose, and possibility — in your work, your team, and your life.
