What happens when we find ourselves at a crossroads—personally, professionally, or culturally? Do we pause? Pivot? Push forward?

For Jyoti Jani, life has been a series of crossroads—between systems and soul, engineering and art, tradition and transformation. Navigating the worlds of corporate America, global music, and cultural change, Jyoti’s path is shaped by a deep inquiry into how we move through moments of choice and transition. Her work invites us to see play, emotion, and creativity not as distractions from serious work, but as powerful tools for navigating complexity and catalyzing change.

Jyoti Jani is an experience designer, culture strategist, DJ, and author of Creating Culture: Empowered Leadership for Systems Change. She designs retreats, immersive workshops, and keynotes that blend movement, music, emotion, and systems strategy to spark cultural transformation from the inside out. Through her company, Spille:Play, she works with innovation leaders, HR/People teams, and underrepresented changemakers to create thriving, emotionally intelligent organizations. She also hosts Wo’Pop on KEXP, where she explores global music as a reflection of culture, movement, and joy.Location: Blink UX Studio
