Jyoti Jani is an experience designer, culture strategist, DJ, and author of Creating Culture: Empowered Leadership for Systems Change. She designs retreats, immersive workshops, and keynotes that blend movement, music, emotion, and systems strategy to spark cultural transformation from the inside out. Through her company, Spille:Play, she works with innovation leaders, HR/People teams, and underrepresented changemakers to create thriving, emotionally intelligent organizations.
