Last friday we had a great event with Ivan Da Silva, a young up-and-coming photographer who specializes in Humid Collodion, a photographic procedure from the 19th century. The event sold out after two days and we had many people on the waitlist. 

Ivan chose to speak about our #creativemornings theme #ugly from the point of view of aesthetics: What is ugly? What is beautiful? How are these concepts juggled in the art scene? etc…

The discussion was stimulating and Ivan may be returning next month to shoot a Humid Collodion portrait of our next guest speaker!
