I will present ways that we can let go of “simple” in order to design more equitable and human-centered products, experiences, and services. AND how these ideas also can be applied to the biggest design challenge of them all: our own lives.

About the speaker

Ida is a designer, storyteller, and human who is passionate about using design and creativity to make the world a better place. As a Communication Design Lead at IDEO — a global design company — her work focuses on crafting compelling stories and designing innovative solutions that are human-centered and equity-focused.

Born in Sweden and based in Munich, she finds inspiration in exploring different cultures and perspectives, and believes that it is our differences that make us stronger as a collective.

Before moving to Munich, Ida worked in Atlanta as an Associate Creative Director at Media Cause — a digital agency for good. There, she helped nonprofit organizations, big and small, by designing new platforms, programs, and products while raising awareness for their missions.
