Additional details
A ritual can be a daily routine that gives pleasure, comfort or security to the person doing it. Many artists create personal rituals as part of their art practice, whether it be a repeated idea, material, process, or approach. Rituals are a way to clear the mind and provide focus. Examples of how some contemporary artists use repetition as an endless source of motivation and inspiration in their work will be the focus of this talk. Wendy will also discuss ways to set up rituals in your practice to make you create art more often and more regularly.
